In my first year of teaching, I was actually sent to Hong Kong and spent a few weeks teaching a course to QUT students in Hong Kong. Lindy Osborne

I've been awarded a Vice-Chancellor Award of Excellence about three weeks ago which is being recognised in front of the whole university. Lizzie Grist

QUT culture's very dynamic and mixed which is great. I'm an Indigenous Australian and it's respected. Kelly Roberts

I'm well remunerated with the work that I do. The hours are flexible, I start work at seven some days and finish early so I can go and ride my horse in the afternoon. Alison Marshall

Working in a campus, city campus environment is fantastic, it's great, it's really easy with transport, it's great to be able to duck into the city at lunchtime if you need and having the gardens right there is fabulous as well. Lindy Osborne
